Dear Brian I am sorry it has taken me so long to get around to writing to you to thank you for organising the move of my parents' furniture to our house in France. Every single stage of the transaction was carried out to the highest standard. I am very grateful for your flexibility regarding the final delivery arrangement. Our house in France is not the easiest to access but the men made not even the slightest hint of annoyance about this. The furniture, and other items, was treated as if they were moving their own family treasures. As well as which, they were such "a laugh", despite moving our furniture in what must have been one of the hottest days of the South of France summer. Arrow Removals moved us from Limavady to Annahilt last Thursday. The guys arrived ahead of schedule and started loading our house contents immediately. We found them friendly, efficient and very careful with all our possessions. By the early afternoon we were already filling cupboards in the new house. Dear Brian I just wanted to contact you to thank and for all your staff for the help with our removals. Very quickly it became clear the care and honesty of the service which you provided i.e. you advised clearly on how two separate moves, as part loads, to both residences would be the cheapest way to move the furniture. You made clear your ability to store the furniture at no extra cost and were in regular contact about any developments and checking our needs. On the day of the move from my late parents house your staff were superb in their care and their pleasant manner in moving the furniture out of the family home was much appreciated at a sad time. Likewise when you delivered the first load to our house in Lincoln the careful and friendly service you provided once again was exemplary. Guys have just droped off in England what a team! Thourght this part of the move from Northern Ireland was going to be stressful! How wrong was I from packing to unpacking the team has been cheerful, helpful and professional made moving fun and stress free.
